Our company is built on principles and policies. These policies regulate our business offerings and conduct to our clients.
All software are designed and deployed to client after preliminary site visits, feasibility studies implementation and recommendations. Client does not have right to alter the software, transfer software to a third party or delete modules from the software. In the event of any of these, our company shall not be held liable.
We have factored training into our initial offering to the client, to acquaint a client with the application and its various features. After the initial training, subsequent trainings shall attract a fee negotiable with the client.
Update & Maintenance
All updates and application maintenance shall be billed according to the terms of contract.
